We invite clients and friends to wrap-up their MCLE year with us. Attend this breakfast session which includes 1 hour on Competence Issues, 1 hour on Elimination of Bias and a half-hour 2016 IP year in review.
Licensed attorney and clinical psychologist, Dr. Alex Yufik, will speak on competence issues, including depression and substance abuse, and their effect within the legal profession.
This conversation will be followed by a presentation by Professor Christine Goodman, Professor at Pepperdine School of Law, who will discuss the recognition and process of elimination of bias within the legal profession, especially in trial practice.
Finally, Partner Joe Re will discuss some of last year's important developments in an IP Year in Review lasting 30 minutes.

Parking validation will be available. Below, please find instructions for exiting the parking structure with validation:
- All events are validated by the security guard on the first floor of our building.
- Guests may exit right or left out of the parking structure. If you exit right, there will be two exit lanes, both of which will accept validation. If you exit left, there will be three exit lanes, of which only the left and middle lanes will accept validation.
- When exiting, there are separate slots for validation cards and credit cards. Follow directions on the machine to ensure you are using the correct slot.
