Specifically, John and Jarom will share their views on (1) how patent filing strategies led to positive infringement determinations, (2) how aggressive strategies at the Patent Office led to positive outcomes in over thirty challenge petitions filed by defendant-infringers, and (3) how targeted privilege waivers led to positive court rulings.
